Terms of Service

The Service

Athory is an inventory optimization platform for Shopify merchants. We provide demand forecasting, safety stock calculations, reorder recommendations, supplier analytics, and inventory dashboards. By creating an account or installing our Shopify app, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must be at least 18, have an active Shopify store, and have authority to bind your business. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Shopify Integration

The service requires read access to your orders, products, inventory, fulfillments, refunds, returns, and locations through Shopify's API. You can revoke access at any time by uninstalling the app, which triggers deletion of your store data per our Privacy Policy.

Billing

We offer four plans — Launch, Momentum, Growth, and Scale — billed through Shopify. New users get a 14-day free trial with full access. You may cancel anytime through Shopify; access continues until the end of your billing period. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Your Data

You own your data. We process it solely to provide the service. We do not store your customers' personal information. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the product. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Acceptable Use

Don't reverse-engineer the service, use it for unlawful purposes, interfere with its infrastructure, access other users' data, or redistribute it without our consent.

Intellectual Property

We own the service — software, algorithms, models, and documentation. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for your internal business purposes.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” Our forecasts and recommendations are statistical estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for your inventory decisions. The service is not financial or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from decisions based on our recommendations.

Termination

You can cancel anytime. We may suspend your account for terms violations or non-payment. Upon termination, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

General

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice.
